\u2018Investing in young people means investing in the future of horse riding, and we want to do it. This is why we offer the unique opportunity to be part of the Scuderia 1918 project to deserving young riders who make their talent a starting point on which to build commitment, passion and teamwork. . <\/em> Joining the Scuderia 1918 U20 Team means participating in a training pathway which involves our top riders and the professionals who collaborate with us, enjoying unique experiences throughout the year.<\/span> Scuderia 1918<\/p>

It is the fourth consecutive year that Scuderia 1918 has formed an Under 20 team. After a careful selection based on a large number of requests received, the 2024 Team is also ready to start a year of new experiences. A technical, training and competition program tailormade for them will accompany the ten young riders of different nationalities (seven for show jumping and three for eventing) on a journey that will open new opportunities for their future. <\/p>

From 5th to 25th of June the Scuderia 1918 Talent program <\/strong>will take place at the Research and Training Center based in the Scuderia 1918 facilities (Ronco farmhouse – Massazza \u2013 BI, Italy). The program is developed in collaboration with Prof. Emanuela Valle \u2013 Department of Veterinary Sciences, University of Turin. Some of the training meetings of the Scuderia 1918 Talent program, \nat the Research and Training Center, will also welcome the Team U20 riders. The young team will be constantly followed along their journey by the top riders of Scuderia 1918 and by industry professionals through video lessons. The educational program includes lessons in marketing and communication, horse nutrition and management, relationships and communication. It will therefore be a year full of emotions, during which young talents will be enriched with a great wealth of experiences.<\/p>
